How do I upload an ad on my site?
I have a website about coffee that regularly attracts about 150 visitors per day (4,500 per month). I intend to Google AdSense, but I will also contact a particular company directly and ask if they would like a banner for a fixed price. The company is medium in size and success, and it is not a competitor of mine and my site is a place for it is an ad. On this basis, how much do you think I should think about the title of the monthly fee? I think £ 100 (About $ 150). But I have no experience beforehand. Any ideas of experienced marketers? Or is there a way to have a "pay per click" service for a specific customer? Thank you! PS. I have an Alexa ranking well below 3m (which I think is pretty good), and I'm very high on Google search results. I'll try Ad Sense but I would like at least another ad as well.
You should start with Google AdSense, click on the ads to see how it works. They have advertisers on coffee, and manage the ads on your site, do the counting, and you pay based on the number of clicks from your site. Then you'll have a better idea of your visitors and whether or not they pay attention to ads.
